The gorgeous Jessica Simpson, 29, will be returning to reality television later this year. Her new show, The Price Of Beauty will soon be airing on VH1. According to VH1.com. Ms. Simpson will be traveling the world to meet every day women to study local fashion trends, dietary regimes and fads, and worldly beauty techniques.
Jess said, ‘I have always believed that beauty comes from within and confidence will always make a woman beautiful, but I know how much pressure some women put on themselves to look perfect. I am really looking forward to discovering how beauty is perceived in different cultures and participating in some of the crazy things people do to feel beautiful. I know we will all learn a lot on this journey and I am so excited that VH1 is coming along on what I’m sure will be a wild ride.’

Jessica has been under constant media scrutiny for her fluctuating weight. In June 2009 she told Vanity Fair’s Rich Cohen, “It comes with what I do, and I know that every day the media’s going to challenge me, is going to want to bring me down. But I feel like I’m at such a place that I own myself, and it’s authentic. I own that authentic part of myself, and none of those words are harsh enough to make me believe them.”
